How long have you been doing photography?

I started my business officially in March 2017 and went full-time in November 2017. With my business aside, I have been “doing” photography for over 10 years. I started shooting in high school and turned my hobby and passion into a career that I love more than anything.

HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR STYLE?

I would say warm, bright and natural (skin tones and overall coloring). Aesthetically I like to think of my work as soft and creamy with a timeless touch. In order to get the results you see on my website and social media accounts, I recommend clients wear light/neutral/pastel colors to pair the best with my edits.

HOW DO YOU APPROACH PHOTOGRAPHY?

As far as shooting, my approach is on the candid, documentary side. I am very hands on guiding clients through sessions with prompts and poses but I also love to capture those in between moments that would otherwise go unnoticed but are moments you'll cherish forever.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE? DIGITAL OR FILM?

I have a Canon Mark IV and various lenses but typically stick to using my 35 mm as I find it the most versatile. I also have a backup Canon Mark III body just in case. And I only shoot digital.

HOW DO I RECEIVE PHOTOS? HOW MANY are DELIVERed?

I deliver all of my photos via online gallery where you are able to order prints and download the images. As far as number of photos, my range for sessions is 125+ images per session.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO YOU BOOK SESSIONS?

The sooner the better. If you have a particular date and/or season you are wanting for your session, reach out ASAP. From Jun-Oct, dates fill up very quickly. Typically, I book out at least 2-3 months in advance, but I’ve also booked sessions a week ahead so always reach out just in case there's an opening.

DO YOU OFFER PRINTS AND/OR ALBUMS?

Yes, I offer both to clients. I offer prints through my easy and seamless gallery system. I also offer adding on heirloom albums for full sessions. You will have a proof sent over after selecting the images you would like to use and once finalized, your album will be printed and mailed to you to have forever.

HOW TO BOOK A SESSION AND RESERVE A DATE?

Fill out my contact form on my website and I will be in touch as soon as possible. Upon getting your inquiry, I will follow up with more pricing and session details. To reserve a particular date, I require a signed electronic contract and a 25% non-refundable retainer.
